 I noticed on osgeo6, we just have a local git.

 We should have this stored in gitea like we do for some of the other
 servers.  That way it will be easier to troubleshoot- for example the
 current certbot mess.

 As it is I'm not sure people are diligently committing their changes after
 they are done.
