 Can someone with Admin rights on the website add the "Open external links
 in a new window" plugin to the site and activate it.

 The plugin can be downloaded at https://wordpress.org/plugins/open-
 external-links-in-a-new-window/ or just search from within the "add
 plugin" dialog
