 OpenID there's no specific service setup for OSGeo users, the idea is just
 to support the "Internet Identity Layer" as they call it:
 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenID (and
 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenID_Connect, although the former is
 currently more deployed by individuals)
