so we avoid lots of trust-ensuring roundtrips.

Current mantra can be obtained by trusted users [1] from
https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/sac/userid-mantra
(requires login)

[1] Access to that page is granted to members of so called
    "mantra readers" group, which can be managed by SAC
    via following page:
    https://git.osgeo.org/gitea/org/sac/teams/mantra-readers
