 Yes sorry, I was testing with !ProxyCommand 2 days ago, the working syntax
 is above but commented out, for 'OpenSSH for Windows' (the new Windows
 native SSH client).

 ProxyCommand C:\Windows\System32\OpenSSH\ssh.exe -W %h:%p jump
 }}}

 The error is the same:
 {{{
 channel 0: open failed: administratively prohibited: open failed
 stdio forwarding failed
 kex_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
 }}}
