Comment:

 For some reason it didn't start back up on it's own.

 After starting it I ran:


 {{{
 apt update
 apt upgrade
 reboot
 }}}

 Looks like it also installed php8.2 for some reason, and updated PHP 8.1.
 But it did come back on it's own this time and demo site is up.
