[SAC] [Hosting] Planned Outage: Network Uplink Redundancy Setup - 1300-1400 PDT Oct 31, 2023

This maintenance has been completed and we now have redundant links to
LinkOregon via a LAG port channel and 20G of capacity.

We hopefully will be looking at upgrading that to 40G at a later date with
different switches.
