[SeasonOfDocs] Answers to the Application form

Hi All,

I can confirm that I have had a positive response back from the Geonetwork
team about participating in this. If that's something we want to pursue,
they would like to take the following approach:

1) Review recent Pull Requests for UI and new features and check that they
are documented in the existing documentation
2) Complete any areas of documentation that are incomplete (there are some
placeholder pages and areas that say TBD)
3) Improve or create basic tutorials on how to use standard features, and
separate existing tutorials into sections for usage, application
development and so on (this is not currently done).

Does this fit with what we want to do with Season of Docs? I will also
tentatively put myself forward as the second mentor if no one with more
experience steps up- I have never participated in a google project of any
kind before.
