[SeasonOfDocs] TheGoodDocs: this week's status meeting

Closing the loop (apologies for the double send) I heard back that CC-0 and
C-by licenses are generally acceptable at Uber. Thanks all for your
guidance.

Still pending approval if we can contribute dev doc templates (will need an
existing repo created/identified to proceed).
