[SeasonOfDocs] Bootstrapping TheGoodDocsProject Steering Committee

Hi all,

I don't have bandwidth to be part of the Project Steering Committee, but if
you don't mind, I'd like to continue sharing feedback, ideas, and hopefully
eventually some templates.
