[SeasonOfDocs] Proposed TheGoodDocsProject workshop for the Australian WriteTheDocs conference

Definitely agree that it's good to have a shortlist of framework ideas --
especially as it's very likely that people will show up wanting to
learn/help but without a fully-formed idea in mind.

If I am lucky enough to get to Sydney I volunteer to help facilitate. :)
