[SeasonOfDocs] Meritocracy

I agree that 'meritocracy' is a skunked term
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skunked_term> at this point, and should be
avoided.
It's an interesting word in English as the original term was meant by its
coiner to be a *criticism* of the system it described, not positive at all!
