[SeasonOfDocs] 9:39 AM The Good Docs Project status meeting 24 Jul summary

We need not use GSuite as I have hacked my way around it.

I purchased www.totewar.com using Google Domains from my email id
totewar.sanket at gmail.com

However, I set up email forwarding as shown below:

This makes sure that each email sent to sanket at totewar.com or
website at totewar.com goes to sanket.totewar at gmail.com which is another of my
email ids. And when I am using the official Gmail apps, or am logged in to
Gmail using a browser, I get a chance to reply from either
sanket.totewar at gmail.com or sanket at totewar.com (such as this very email).

I then set this up as a filter so I use my personal inbox (
sanket.totewar at gmail.com) but get all emails in a different folder.

Using this method, we can have up to 100 free email ids without having to
purchase the GSuite. I'd be happy to set this up for us all and you can
continue to use your personal email ids but have access to
*yourname at thegooddocsproject.org
<yourname at thegooddocsproject.org>* or any other format we decide as the
email standard. The only caveat is that you need to use the original Google
account when you need to 'Sign is using Google' or use 'Google Docs' or
other services, which I reckon is okay for the time being. 😎

Best Regards,
Sanket Totewar
