[SeasonOfDocs] Alternative discussion groups options

Hi Jo, I'm open to this.
Possible risks are:
* we push past the 1GB limit and then don't have money to pay
* company goes out of business and we loose our history
Are we able to export out emails at a later date?
Another option is to archive the list using https://www.nabble.com/ (I note
that a number of OSGeo email lists are archived on nabble). It appears that
you can actually start a list on nabble too, which might address our
requirements.
