[SeasonOfDocs] Alternative discussion groups options

Hi Cameron,
There's definitely an option to download the entire email archive (
https://groups.io/static/help#how-can-i-download-my-member-list-and-message-archive)
and they do provide information on what happens if/when you go over storage
limits (
https://groups.io/static/pricing#what-happens-if-i-go-over-my-storage-limits)-
you can automatically delete old attachments to avoid this, and I presume
configure it so that people can't attach large images to messages. I seem
to remember other mailing lists taking this approach too.

I'm -0 about Nabble as it seems unclear whether they show ads and do
tracking (if they don't, how do they keep the service running)?
