[SeasonOfDocs] GeoNetwork setup on windows - chat notes

Hey Paul, the download link you provide is for a jar file. I expect a 
typical windows user would expect a windows installer (rather than a jar 
file)? So what would be the steps to follow prior to downloading the jar 
file? I assume it starts with:

1. download java 8

2. install java 8
