[Sentinel-pds] Duplicated S2B data from 9/10/17

On 9/10/17 ESA started to publish S2B data on OpenHub in parallel to the Pre-op Hub. As this was not in line with our initial assumptions, we have ingested duplicated data.
One of PDS users pointed to this:

We have fixed the problem for the future and will delete duplicated products in the next few days. For those of you, who keep your own index databases, you will probably need to delete duplicated products as well.
