[Shapelib] adding shapelib to a C# project

Melanie:  You will need to compile the c source to a dll, then use .net 
interop to reference the the dll from C#.  There is a sample project on 
the shapelib site; however, it is somewhat out of date -- that is, buggy 
:-(

Attached is a newer project that should let you see how this is done. Good

[Shapelib] adding shapelib to a C# project






I am new to C programming in general and am not sure how to reference 
and/or add shapelib to my project as there is no dll file.
 
Can anyone offer some suggestions?
