[Shapelib] General Shapefile questions

Hello Sir,
 
            I am working on PocketPC using .NET Compact Framework. I
have used shapelib.dll in windows mobile but it is throwing errors like
Method not found so, plz u can guide me how to use shapelib in PocketPC
using .NET CF .
