Hi,
What compiler and Windows Mobile version are you using?
What .NET CF version, 1.0 or 2.0 are you using?

Have you created DLL project for Windows Mobile using eVC++ 4.0 or VC++
2005 usind appropriate SDK?
Have you tried to use this dll from C/C++ application, just to ensure
that it works well from native code?
