[SoC] GRASS SoC Selections

Wolf / Markus,

As of yesterday the GRASS project was supposed to have updated the page at:

   http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/SoC_Application_Rankings_by_Project

with the application rankings and selected mentors.  The mentor selections
are not listed there, and I am not convinced that the 5 projects ranked
necessarily reflect the desired set of projects since Wolf seems to have
been re-scoring projects down in the main applications list to try and duck
below the "15 slot" line.

Could I get specific direction on what the rankings, mentors and acceptable
projects are for GRASS?

Time is of the essence.
