[SoC] Final Mentor Surveys

Folks,

I'd appreciate it if final mentor surveys could be completed by end of day
today, or failing that, that a line be dropped to Landon and I indicating
that the survey will be done on time.

It is my intention for Landon and I to review outstanding surveys over the
weekend and we will try and do them ourselves or find other solutions to
ensure they are completed on time.

Also, I'd appreciate hearing from any mentors who feel they need to fail
their students.
