[SoC] Re: OSGeo Google Summer of Code

Understood Frank - that is why we scrambled on Monday to sign up for 
anything. We do not have time for careful review until monday morning 
next week (9am scheduled for uDig, GeoTools meeting scheduled for noon 
etc...).

We did not get enough warning to do a good job on Monday this week. In 
my comments for the two JOGL based applications I mentioned we were 
waiting for Jesse review in order to choose which (of two very strong 
proposals) we would be in support of.

Jesse was not granted permission last Monday and could not take part in 
the review process, I believe that is fixed now.
