[SoC] Midterm Surveys

Dear students and mentors,

If you haven't filled in the mid term survey yet. do it NOW. It only 
takes ca 10-20 minutes, and that will save me a lot of grief on Sunday 
night.

The Google Deadline is on Monday the 14th, but I will start to stress if 
I see any unsubmitted applications on Sunday!

If you have filled it in already, thank you very much for being ahead of 
time :) I really appreciate it.
