[SoC] Status report: Imagemosaic Jdbc plugin

The functionallity of the plugin is almost complete.

Things to do:

1) Correct reprojection at access time, I am not sure how to handle this with 
geotools

2) 
Finishing some java utilites for easier setup of the tiles db 

3) 
Review from mentors

I am looking forward for some comments / discussions
