[SoC] GeoWebCache update

Status Report and update on GeoWebCache for the week ending on July  
11th, 2008


This week has been very busy.
-I have completed both xml and json representation for tilelayer
-updated the wiki on how to test http methods to layers
-implemented basic http authentication for gwc with acegi security for  
spring
-comited a revision of all these to svn
-some minor bugfixes that have yet to be commited

On Monday next week I will discuss with my mentor the next steps.
