[SoC] Raster MapCalc for uDig

Hi,

For a long time I discussed with my mentor 
only the design phase of the project. 
Because I have still lot of work to be done at University. 
I'm sorry to say that I can't do anything for next two weeks 
because I have 1 difficult exam at University.
