[SoC] Mentor Introductions

Hi,

My name is Andreas Hocevar and I am willing to mentor some of the 
OpenLayers projects listed in http://trac.openlayers.org/wiki/SummerOfCode

I am the one who led the efforts in moving MapBuilder to use OpenLayers 
as map rendering engine, so I am quite familiar with both projects.
