[SoC] Report #7: WMS Tiling Cache support in gvSIG

Dear All,

I am Xi Chen working on the WMST-C support in gvSIG project.

I am glad to tell you that after these week, a rudiment of WMTS caching has been implemented and the core components have been developed. The remaining work is to integrate, test and optimize something about GUI and user interaction.
