[SoC] Netcdf for uDig - status report #9

This week the udig community worked together to finish up what started
during the sprint, i.e. fixing last things and releasing, which we are
trying hard to do today.

As a side effect I did a lot of coding and studying of the core parts
of udig that I will need to complete my last chunk of work and now I
know that it will be really difficult to get into the EMF modeling
environment without breaking everything existing.
