[SoC] Week 4 - Server client communication via WSS

This week the same tasks were done as in the previous one. On the
server side, some extra functionalities like filtering based on
categories and tags indistinctevily has been provided, as well as
distinction between versions of the wss protocol, if the client needs
to filter based on it. Furthermore, the gui has been redesigned
integrating the remote wss with the symbol properties extension of
gvsig. More information will be provided shortly at the main site of
the project.
