Hi all,

I've just made a number of editorial edits, please review.


outstanding problems:
- the link to the 2008 final report is dead
- what does this mean? "We also opened up a demo theatre track highlighting SoC work at our foss4g conference that year."
demo theatre track? huh?


even if the web form doesn't let us pick "a bunch of licenses" or whatever, I think it's a good idea to pull the full explanation on the wiki page as a reference.

apologies if I am somewhat AWOL over the next few weeks, I'm traveling with rather limited internet options.
