[SoC] Organization application submitted

Hi!

Thank you VERY MUCH everyone who helped me with the application! It is
remarkable how much the application improved in the last 12 hours! I
have now submitted the application, so all we have to do now is wait
patiently and make sure that the ideas page is looking good. The ideas
page is the page that the students will encounter first.
