[SoC] Update on Mapguide

Hi all,
This week I was able to complete the changes to compile Mapguide with the
changes made for dbxml. I committed the changes to
http://trac.osgeo.org/mapguide/browser/sandbox/rfc102/MgDev. Do take a look
around, if you are interested in this upgrade.
For this week. I would be testing and making changes to the Windows build
files. I would also be fine tuning the build process, adding configuration
variables and all.
There appear to be no blockers for this week.
