[SoC] Week 8 OpenCL Integration

1) What did I do last week?

All the code should be written for warping (cubic, bicubic spline, &  
Lanczos), but now I need to compile, test, & debug it.

2) What I plan to do this week?

Compile, test, & debug.

3) Do I have any problems or obstacles with will interfere with my work?

I'm still waiting for r.sun without pj_do_proj(), and more recently an  
updated GDAL makefile.
