[SoC] Mapguide Weekly Report , Week 1

Hi everyone,
I am sorry for a day's delay. Like VIkas I was also tied into unanticipated
 degree ending work, last week. And like him I hope to work extra in this
week to make up for the lost time.

Work I did in the last week.

   - Compiled Mapguide with native dbxml

Work I propose to do this week.

   - Increase my work hours.
   - Create a ticket to update the MapGuide building files.
   - Integrate native dbxml into MapGuide building structure.
   - Look at native PHP integration.

Obstacles this week

   - Native PHP integration has been know to cause problems with MapGuide
   libraries. Will have to sort that out.
