[SoC] Signing up as a mentor

Hi Wolf, and all,

I would like to sign up to be a mentor again this year. Last year I 
mentored a student, Ashraf, that worked on the initial code for 
OpenGraphRouter. I have been working with in on and off in the interim 
on this project. I would like to continue work this year on the project 
if that is possible.

I followed your very clear instructions to signing up and I look forward 
to work with the the team again this year.
