[SoC] Parallelization of RST modules of GRASS GIS on GPU

Hi all,
I am interested in parallelization of v.surf.rst and v.vol.rst modules on
GPU and Cell BE . Any suggestion on how to go about it and whom to contact
for mentoring .....

Can it be done in google soc?
