[SoC] Week 2 OpenCL Integration

1) What did I do last week

I finished the OpenCL work for the FANN project, and am starting the  
GDAL work now. I don't anticipate any more delays. I've also learned  
quite a bit about debugging OpenCL. :)

2) What do I plan to do this week

I will be finding an appropriate place to put OpenCL in GDAL, and then  
doing so. The tricky part is always getting the memory setup right.  
I'll be working with the image sampling routines in OpenCL (I haven't  
done that before). Although, the hardest part for me will be  
integrating the file(s) into the GDAL build system. I have sparse  
experience with make files, new structure, etc. (Anyone want to assist  
me here?)

3) Do I have any problems/obstacle which interfere with my work

None. I even plan on working through Memorial Day (US holiday) ;).
