[SoC] Week 1 - RESTful API for Mapbender

Hi all,

I was bit busy with convocation and all this week. So couldn't really do
much work. Hope to speed up this week.

Few work that I did -

1) Discussed use cases with my mentor (which will help me identify resources
to be exposed).
2) Discussed more on authentication.

This week's plan -
1) Start coding for plain authentication.
2) Discuss more use cases and come up with a list of resources to be
exposed.
