[SoC] GeoServer mentor application

Hi Andrea, I see there is another wiki page
http://geoserver.org/display/GEOS/Summer+of+Code+2011

A little bit confusing.

Sine the 8th of April is arriving, I want to ask if I should write  
down the proposal in the wiki and copy to melange or register the  
project directly.
