[SoC] Week 7 Summary of Work Done: Ship Detection Algorithms

Dear All,

I have successfully implemented an amplitude-only ship velocity detection
system.

Things I am going to currently work on:

1) General Hough Transform to detect curved ship wake geometries

2) Sort out contigency issues with the current system (plug-in crashes when
wake is not detected)

3) Obtain satellite parameters.
