[SoC] Enhancing Geoserver Authentication - 7th Report

This week I finished the jdbc backends for user/groups and roles.  
Supported are
H2, DB2,Oracle,MySql,PostGres and SQL Server.

This is a good point to create a patch and attach to
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-4554

Looking forward for the feedback of my mentor :-)
