[SoC] GSoC Week 3 Report: Graphical User Interface for the hydrological tools r.stream* in GRASS GIS

Hi all,

in the current week I've not been able to dedicate time at my project
because I had to prepare my third year PhD exam. I did it yesterday and went
fine, so in the coming week I will dedicate most of my effort to go ahead in
my project.
