[SoC] GSoC Week 4 Report: Graphical User Interface for the hydrological tools r.stream* in GRASS GIS

Hi All,

this is to inform you about progress in my soc project. I spent most of my
time studying the reference book of wxpython [0] and reproducing exercises.
With Jarek, we completely re-designed the GUI, details here [1].
