[SoC] Regarding building Opticks

Hello,

My name is Vijay Ramakrishnan, an engineering student from Harvey Mudd
College, California.

I have a problem with building Opticks. I have downloaded Opticks 4.6.0 and
I tried to run it on the command line by running the deliverables, but it
does not seem to work.

May I know how to build Opticks?
