[SoC] SAGA Interface for QGIS

Hello everyone,
my name is Camilo, and the primary goal of my GSoC project is to
integrate the SAGA geoscientific analysis modules into Quantum GIS.
Secondarily, I am developing a more generic framework, so that other
processing libraries can be interface with QGIS more easily.
More details are available on the wiki, in particular the framework's
design page[1] and progress reports[2]. The code so far is available
through the projects github page[3].
