[SoC] Geoserver report #7

Hello, 
this week a I have more progress in coding. 

What was done this week?
1. I'm publishing data according to BBOX in GoogleEarth. 
2. I tested query to DB and was converting results to model classes.
3. I prepared some test data to create hierarchy.

What will be done next week?
1. Creating hierarchy.
2. Creating mechanism to select hierarchy level according to BBOX.

Problems?
I still have not encountered any yet.
