[SoC] Geoserver Report #5

Hello, 
 I'm back from land surveying course and I hope this course was my last long business trip during GSOC. I had not much free time this week I managed only to go through FreeMarker project documentation (http://freemarker.sourceforge.net/). I want to use this tool to generate output KML. 

Next week I'm going to focus only on GSOC and I'm hopeful of describing progress of coding in next report.
