[SoC] Mentoring organisation application - call for review

Hello all,

today I have edited the OSGeo application proposal on the wiki [0],
further comments and edits are welcome. 

I also invite the projects to uncomment the link to their Ideas
pages in the main OSGeo Ideas page [1], as soon as they are updated to
2012. So, I hope to hear from GDAL, uDig, OpenJUMP, OSSIM, Mapnik,
gvSIG, GeoServer and PostGIS soon! Please forward this message to the
relevant mailing lists.

I also welcome GeoKettle, Opticks and MapWindow to chime in whether
they wish to participate under OSGeo umbrella.
